Bruce Rose has spent most of his life working in recovery in search for the best solution to alcohol dependency. Alcohol Recovery Scotland is the only recovery organisation in Scotland that utilises the Sinclair Method. Although the existing abstinence-based models have been largely successful, different people may require different approaches to treatment. Alcohol Recovery Scotland are exploring a whole person-centred approach in treating their clients. First, treating the neurological imbalance which makes one prone to alcohol dependency with medicinal intervention whilst simultaneously providing talking therapies to treat the psychological impact of addiction.
